1. Data controller

This website is managed by the PancitAPP team. Contact details for the data controller will be published once the project has a registered legal entity.

2. Data we collect

This site uses a privacy-focused analytics tool to understand how the website is used (pages visited, device type, country of origin at a regional level). No personally identifiable data is collected: IP addresses are anonymised and never stored in full.

3. Cookies

This site does not use persistent tracking cookies. The analytics tool we use does not install long-lived cookies on your device.

4. Third-party services

We use Tempoo Analytics (tempooanalytics.eu) to measure website traffic. This service is GDPR compliant, stores no personally identifiable information, uses no persistent cookies, and respects the browser's Do Not Track (DNT) setting. Its infrastructure is located in Europe.

The site is hosted on our own infrastructure (VPS) which automatically logs standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and the page requested in server logs.

5. Changes to this policy

When PancitAPP introduces features that involve processing personal data (user registration, analytics, payments, etc.), we will update this policy before doing so and add the relevant legal notices.
